- Which basICColor product, and version number is installed?
- What kind of computer do you use (Mac, PC, model)?
- Which operating system do you use (Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS X 10.x)?
- Which graphics card(s) are installed?
- Is a second monitor connected?
- What instrument do you use (if required for the product)?
